Local American police arrested the former official for the American intelligence agency "CIA", connected to Algeria, Andrew Marvin Warren, in a hotel in Norfolk, a city in the state of Virginia, where his surrender took place to federal agents, the day before yesterday, Monday. وقد تم طرد وارن في سبتمبر 2008 إلى الولايات المتحدة، عقب شهادتي الضحيتين "تحت القسم"، واللتين كانتا قد تقربتا من السفارة بالجزائر للتبليغ عنه، وكان ناطق رسمي باسم كتابة الدولة أكد أن الولايات المتحدة "أخذت هذا الإتهام مأخذ الجد"، موضحا أن الشخص المعني كان قد عاد إلى واشنطن"، وأن "الحكومة الأمريكية تدرس هذه القضية

The expelling of Warren took place in September 2008 to the United States, immediately after the testimony of two victims "under oath" who had approached the embassy in Algeria to report him.
