وشارك في جلسة الحوار التي دعا إليها اليوم الرئيس اللبناني ميشال سليمان 14 سياسيا من قوى الأغلبية والأكثرية

Lebanese political powers postponed meetings of national dialogue to the third of next June (this June)
To participate in the meeting of dialogue, which the Lebanese President Michel Suleiman invited to it today fourteen politicians from the powers of the majority and the majority (I'm not quite sure of the meaning of قوى الأغلبية والأكثرية).

قوى ج قوة = force, power quwwa (pl. quwan)

ويتناول الحوار عدة قضايا وعلى رأسها إستراتيجية الدفاع الوطني وسلاح حزب الله وسلاح الفصائل الفلسطينية خارج المخيمات

وقال بيان صادر عن مكتب الرئيس إن المشاركين اتفقوا على مواصلة الحوار الذي كان قد انطلق في عام 2006 وتوقف بسبب الأزمات المتعاقبة التي عصفت بلبنان

The dialogue deals with a number of subjects and on top of them the national defense strategy, weapons of Hezbollah, and weapons of the Palestinian cells outside the camps.

A statement published by the office of the president said that the participants agreed to continue the dialogue which was launched in 2006 and stopped because of the successive crises that raged in Lebanon.

كما قرر المجتمعون استكمال تقديم الدراسات الخاصة بالإستراتيجية الوطنية الدفاعية، في إشارة إلى الدراسات التي يقدمها كل من المشاركين حول هذا الموضوع، و"استكمال تعيين المندوبين في لجنة الخبراء لإيجاد قواسم مشتركة بين الأطروحات المختلفة

Equally, the participants decided to complete the submission of special studies regarding the national defense strategy, in a reference to the studies which each of the participants are presenting about this subject and "completing the appointment of deputies on the committee of experts to find common ground between the different theses".
