Doctor Mohamed El-Baradei has not yet announced his candidacy for the next presidential elections in Egypt. Nevertheless, developments inside Egypt and outside of it continue to indicate that the man might represent a big disturbance to the authority in a country that hasn't considered a lot the existence of more than one real candidate for the presidency.
