شن الرئيس الإيراني محمود أحمدي نجاد هجوماً عنيفاً على روسيا وقال إنها باعت إيران عندما فسخت عقد صواريخ أس 300، وخضعت للشيطان على حد تعبيره

Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad launched a violent attack on Russia and said that it sold Iran when it canceled a contract of S-300 missiles, and bowed to Satan according to his expression.

على حد قوله = according to his words, as he put it 3ala Haddi qaulihi

وجاءت تصريحات أحمدي نجاد عشية إحياء ذكرى اقتحام السفارة الأمريكية في طهران العام 1979 حيث كان أحمدي نجاد يخطط أنذاك لاقتحام سفارة الاتحاد السوفيتي السابق

The statements of Ahmadinejad came on the eve of the commemoration of the storming of the American embassy in Tehran in 1979, at any rate Ahmadinejad plans at that time to storm the embassy of the former Soviet Union.

Whereas Ahamadinejad in a speech he gave in the region of North Khorasan launched an attack on the Russian president and described him and his government as they are submissive to Satan and they surrendered to his desire when they canceled unilaterally the transaction of S-300 missiles.

مخدوعون = Not sure but I think it's a misspelling of مخضوع and means submissive
استسلم = to surrender (form X)

ولم يكتف الرئيس الإيراني بذلك، وإنما هدد بأن إيران ستزلزل عروشهم داخل قصورهم بما لديها من بدائل

The Iranian president did not fold his hands with this, but rather threatened that Iran will shake their thrones inside their palaces with its alternatives.
